What Fidelo is

A digital loyalty card for your business that your customers keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with stamps, a reward and a rebooking reminder. We set it up with you and run it.

Free tier and paid plan

Free up to 50 member cards, with no time limit. Above that, one monthly plan at the price shown for your market on the site, billed monthly, cancel any time. Setup is included.

Your part

You own your brand and your customer relationship. You decide the reward and stand behind it. Don't use the card for anything unlawful or misleading.

Our part

We keep the service running and your card working, and we tell you before any change that affects your customers. We're a small company: we don't promise uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Ending

You can stop any time; your customers' cards stop updating and we delete your data on request. We can end the service with 30 days' notice.
